Matthew Fella started Vibe Telecom on June 7th 2004. We’re a family business with over 40 years combined telecommunications experience. Our customers could tell you how they’ve benefited from our value for money solutions backed up by an exceptional and ongoing customer service.

Over the last 35 years we have grown into a company that is recognised as being a major supplier in the South West, giving value and peace of mind to businesses by providing quality telephony solutions and a friendly ongoing support.

Unlike many of our competitors, we are an independent telecoms provider meaning we're not tied to any one manufacturer allowing us to recommend to you a system that best suits YOUR needs and not ours or a particular manufacturer’s. You can rest assured our team will work to find a solution that fits your business needs.

Vibe Telecom has been in business since 2004 and in that time we have built a substantial portfolio of satisfied customers, any of which we will be happy for you to contact for a reference. We receive a sizable amount of new business from recommendations, and customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Project management

We include full project management and end user training on all new telephone system installations and associated software applications, resulting in saved time for you, a smooth transition from the old system to new system, and a better understanding for staff using the phones.
